Order & Delivery
Please note: Once your order has been placed, it can no longer be modified. We process your order immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
1. Shipping Costs
At Noro Viani, we cover shipping costs for you. You pay no shipping fees on your order.*
*Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
2. Track & Trace
Yes — all orders include Track & Trace. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking page. Please note it may take some time before the tracking status updates.
3. Delivery Times
We strive to ship as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are processed the same day. Many items ship directly from our selected suppliers. Average delivery time: 4 to 10 business days.
4. Missed Delivery
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL pickup point (or Bpost for Belgian orders). After 7 days, it will be returned to our warehouse.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders are processed quickly, leaving only a short window for corrections. Contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect address.
6. Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order as delivered but it has not arrived, notify us right away. After 3 days we will initiate an investigation with PostNL and keep you informed throughout the process.
