At Noro Viani, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.
Each piece is crafted with care and precision, yet we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you envisioned. Our return process is designed to be effortless and reassuring.
Return Period

Loafers: Unworn loafers may be returned within 100 days of delivery.

Other garments: All other items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return experience, we kindly ask that:

The item remains in pristine, unworn condition, complete with all original labels and tags.

The packaging is intact and undamaged.

The garment shows no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
Should a return not meet these standards, Noro Viani reserves the right to respectfully decline acceptance.
Important — Secure Shipping
All returns must be shipped with a track & trace number.
Shipments sent without tracking are at the sender’s own risk. Without proof of shipment, we cannot guarantee a refund.
How to Return

Initiate your return: Contact our Client Care team at info@noroviani.com to request a prepaid return label. This ensures your return is registered and handled with priority.

Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your return has been safely received and inspected.

Refund: Approved returns are reimbursed within 3–5 business days of receipt, via your original method of payment.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 5 minutes of placement.
Beyond this time, we begin preparing your order for shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible. Should you wish to cancel, please contact info@noroviani.com immediately.
Incorrect Item or Size
In the rare event that you receive the wrong product or size, our Client Care team will ensure the correct piece is sent to you at no additional cost.
Lost Shipments
If your parcel is delayed or lost due to logistical circumstances, we will promptly arrange a replacement shipment at no charge.
Orders not delivered within 30 days of dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
Restocking Fee
For returns of non-defective merchandise, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and careful reintegration of the item into our curated collection. Please ensure your piece is returned unworn and in immaculate condition.
